ISO 27001 - INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
TIER1, a national company founded in 2011, dedicated to Services related to DataCenter and engineering services, such as Housing, Hosting, Monitoring, Backups and the like.
In order to comply with the legal requirements and those of the interested parties, an Information Security Management System was established, according to the standard ISO 27001:2017.
For this we commit to:
- Meet the applicable requirements related to information security:
- Keep the uptime of DataCenter at the levels committed according to the contractual agreement established with the clients and the uptime defined by TIER1.
- Maintain incidents DataCenter below the established thresholds.
- Continuous improvement of the information security management system:
- Train and keep all internal staff and relevant external parties informed about the ISMS.
- Verify the degree of compliance of the ISMS with respect to ISO 27001:2017.
- Verify the degree of effectiveness of the knowledge regarding the ISMS.
